Session 1 – Assessment

In this initial assessment, I work with each individual separately. This assessment provides a deeper understanding of each participant’s perspectives and their role in the situation. It is a window into each participant’s world.

Session 2 – Group Story

In a group setting, each participant takes turns explaining their point of views, needs, expectations and goals. This provides an exceptional opportunity for others to hear the different perspectives and expectations. Many “Aha moments” happen here.

Session 3 – Brainstorming and Solutions

Now that we know each participant story and needs, the group brainstorms all possible solutions. Participants are encouraged to be as creative as their imagination will let them be. A careful analysis helps the group pick the best solutions.

Session 4 – Problem Solving and Plan of Action

Time to pick the best mutually acceptable solution: one that meets everyone’s interests and needs, is realistic and practical, has long-term life, and can be improved upon as needed in the future.

We can now create short and long-term action plans aligned with everyone’s needs that will help them achieve their goals.

Session 5 – Conflict Management Systems and Follow up

(For companies:) In this collaborative process, we design and implement an efficient and successful conflict management system. With the right tools, leaders feel confident in their abilities to manage misunderstandings when they arise and employees feel trusting of their leaders’ conflict competence.

(For individuals:) I will hold you accountable for the actions you agreed upon and will check in with you in 3 months.
